About Us

Built by a dentist, for all dental professionals

This isn't a tech company's idea of what dentists need. It's what we actually need.

👋

I'm a regular UK dentist, just like you. I started using AI-based dental notes back in 2024 and was genuinely blown away by the technology; the idea that I could talk through an appointment and get usable notes back felt like the future had arrived overnight.

But as time went on, the frustrations crept in. The dictation was slow. The note quality was inconsistent. Some systems still made me click through a load of boxes despite having voice recording. And when it came to letters; proper, detailed treatment letters that I could actually send to a patient or referrer, nothing came close. Most software just relied on premade templates written in someone else's words. I do a lot of implant consultations and complex treatment planning, and I need letters that reflect what I've actually discussed, not a generic fill-in-the-blanks job.

I also noticed that hygienists and dental therapist colleagues were completely underserved. They were doing incredible clinical work but had almost no tools designed around their workflow — no voice-driven perio charting, no automated OHI charts, nothing that actually saved them time.

I kept thinking: it's good, but I wish it just did this one thing differently. So eventually, I stopped wishing and started building.

I teamed up with my brother, a major IT nerd, in the best possible way, and we set about building the notes programme that I actually wanted to use. The focus was simple: save time. Two clicks and you're ready to paste your notes or send your treatment letter. No faffing about.

And because I know we're all different; different specialties, different preferences, different ways of working, I made everything customisable behind the scenes. So when you get that feeling of "this is great, but I just wish it did this one thing differently," you can make it yours.
