This application processes patient data in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. All patient-identifiable information (names, dates, phone numbers, addresses, NHS numbers, etc.) is automatically anonymised by Google Cloud DLP before being sent to the AI. The AI never sees identifiable patient data. No patient data is stored on the server — all processing happens in memory and is discarded immediately. Audio recordings are temporarily uploaded for transcription and deleted within seconds. This session will auto-clear after 15 minutes of inactivity to protect patient data.
